They made lots of changes to marketing this week. Anybody how many jobs are cutoff ?

All customer service department ever did when customers called them was tell them to call the local manager.
Up doesnt need a marketing dept. Operations dictates what up sells. Just need a couple of people to formulate pricing.
Its a duopoly.
Instead of reorganizing, maybe we should clean house and steal marketing folks from BNSF since they get way more business than us (even before PSR started).

No but I’m sure whoever they cutoff will be people that were actually doing work while we remain too heavy with people who think if they didn’t get upset on every conference call we’d never move another train.
