lets try reading first. colisuem sold a small fraction of there holdings. they still own all of the 70 mil and it is now worth more than twice that.
When the single-largest holder of stock decides to bail out, anyone at the top should be nervous, even the big fat dumb guy.
Now even the big rats are jumping ship.

What does this mean? Coliseum is selling 3.6 million shares, UTI receives no money. Even at $7.00 a share that’s only 25 million. Didn’t they put in 70 million?
