Thread regarding Walgreens layoffs

Lack of managers and employees

So, how much longer will Walgreens be around with all their managers and employees leaving? I know a ton of stores near me that have no store manager anymore and most of the employees are quitting.

I work for Walgreens in Albuquerque and it is amazing how many talented managers we have lost the last 5 years..you will never replace the good ones once they leave you never get them back...you also lose all the training and knowledge those managers passed on..The district used to have an amazing culture and know I hardly know any of the other managers

This will happen when Walgreens stops selling c-gare–es all together, most don't realize how much business those Heaters bring in

Unfortunately this has been going on at cvs for many years. This is the future of pharmacy front store operations. Imagine running the front store open 8am-10pm with a total of 150 payroll hours which includes the store managers 45hrs. This is cvs land under $50k a week stores
