Sounds like there’s going to be a surplus of managers with only one job title.
All titles rolled into one and company can move techs at will to other locations regardless of senority.
Like most other state. No big deal.
All outside tech titles are all rolled into one title sales and service tech. All specialty titles CPE ,DEG, Splicer, construction all gone.
