I agree about the Complaints team. Speaking from a business relationship with that team. The team seems to be cooperative but the team is a mess how things are run. The Director doesn't even show up for scheduled meetings accepted with other areas of the business. It's happened many times.

Easton is still loaded with Directors and Managers and many that don’t have any direct reports!

Again if you are going to comment make sure it’s accurate as 7 “responders” are not done at the end of the month. No one is sitting around twiddling their thumbs.

Prayers for everyone because it’s been sad and difficult.

If you're going to quote things....at least quote the correct facts.

No rumor..truth with Complaints Management that some off the complaints will be managed offshore, along with quality monitoring at some point. That is laughable. I can't fathom any person offshore auditing our work, when we're filing coachings & risk left/right on them. The communication and comprehension between us and offshore is rediculous. For layoffs- no idea, but trust that noone here is stupid enough to believe it won't happen. It's a matter of when....Q1 maybe? Your guess is as good as the rest of them.

Think they are going to reassign those managers elsewhere and make use of them or they will be next? What other teams are not needed, globally? Any you think they were already impacted going to be hit again?

Complaints management - 10 associates done at month end and no leaders have been affected by op ex workforce reduction. They have a director who is derelict in her role, 2 managers only 1 knows what’s going on in the department and she has the quality group, and then 5 supervisors. Four are managing responders and somehow 7 of the responders are done at the end of the month. The leader to associate ratio is unheard of!
