A walk out is EXACTLY what they would love. No unemploment, no nothing. It's called job abandonment. There's no way I will give that to them!
Beg beg beg. Throwing money at charities that you got from begging from your ill treated employees doesnt help your reputation..
Treating folks like human beings and doing business honestly builds your reputation.
