HR has become so inflexible ut is hard to wanna stay. There was a time when associates came before policies and policies and decision were evaluated on a case by case basis. Those days are gone. This company has become heavy handed.

Lmfao. What HR? They've gotten rid of most of them, as well.
HR at ADS has always s—ed. Corporate puppets. They act like they care about how “everything going on” affects us but they don’t.
H/R is a nightmare i was welcomed here to racial epithet heard all day long i go to them they then tell the trainer for me not to talk about it again..
That was their way of resolving a hostile work environment even leadership seen it happening all they did was tell the people to cut it out
