Well since you are NOT outside then you would definitely KNOW. Where’s the eye roll thing at?

I am NOT outside, but those on here putting them down are full of it. They do NOT know where of they speak. These are their neighbors and friends they don't get "dash away". In small town USA you live in a bubble and you get called after hours about poor service whether or not it was your fault. It is asinine management practices that cause the complete fails by enlarge. That is not to say there aren't mistakes made, but the issue is corporate malfeasance.

I have yet to come across a tech who penciled whipped no shows or screwed off at work ever admit he was at fault. Its always the company’s fault. Oddly he is correct if they dont hold techs and management accountable and get rid of dead weight.

Got to get those numbers. Frontier doesn't care about the repeated failed tech dispatches, they need to falsify the production numbers so they can lie to the share holders.
You're taking too long to fix the customers multiple problems, just do the minimum and clear out as many tickets as you can.

I watched a cable company tech sneak up to a door and hang a “sorry we missed you” tag once. Good stuff. Lots of former cable company techs working at FTR now!

That YouTube video is from an AT&T tech.
Sounds like he deals with the same b.s.

Haha very true! Or they will just drive by and get a description of the house or the vehicle parked out front so that they can notate that in the dispatch notes so they can create the illusion that they stopped by...

Those techs that do the ring and runs are the ones management gives attaboys to for getting all those points. The guys that stay and try to contact the customer and do the work can't compete with that and get browbeat "possibly diciplined" for not doing as much as the ring and runs. Bet you didn't know about that. Haha

Oh our techs do SHOW. They just run to the door with their van still running in the street and leave a sorry we missed you tag on the customers door without knocking and then disappear into the wind. Ring camera footage from some of our furious customers prove it.
