We just lost another newbie out here on the left coast. Many of the newbies work on the cash machines in the way early morning, then work on copiers during the day, then more cash machines late into the night. They working 10-16 hour days sometimes. One of the new guys told me he fell asleep at the wheel driving home late one night and almost crashed into a bridge piling. After that incident, he wised up and quit Ricoh. For what Ricoh is paying these new guys, he said Ricoh isn't worth dying for.

As far as I understand if you are part of TECH or SALES you are f—ed. Sorry. Ricoh is making moves to get rid of people in the sales and tech. Check out Florida, Mississippi and Alabama. They have sold all their techs to third parties and word is....they are forcing their sales to make sales otherwise many of them will be cut by the end of 2020 and replaced.

If you look in the news Ricoh k–led off many of the admin staff overseas and two factories which made machines. It's obvious at this point that they are bleeding people out.

The only department that seems safe is MS and that's not even true because I have my belief that they will get rid of Area Managers/AIM/Enterprise Managers since they are training all the Site Managers to do everything they are doing. Seems to me the next logical step is to get rid of them.
