Thread regarding Union Pacific Corp. layoffs

West Colton is #1

It seems West Colton is the poster child of all hump yards. With outstanding production numbers and dwell time, there untouchable. Whats the secret you ask? Well performing less than adequate inspections inbound and outbound. Supervisors Highballing bad orders as well as the Carmen, stealing repairs on foreign cars, paint any stucki columns lately guys? Checikng piston travel is a thing of the past, inbound is nothing more than removing air from the cars and outbound is putting air back in them. Why have a Class 1 inspection yard if thats not whats being done? Thats a question posed to the FRA and will carry alot of weight with there 2400 mile waiver. The Carmen have all but given up, Union is non existent and Supervisors dont even care about there jobs anymore. Can any other yards draw any similarities to West Colton? Discuss.

That sounds like Hinkle right before they shut it down. The Carmen thought they were saving their jobs by “Moving Freight” and it cost us 90% of the roster.

Colton, commerce, Delores should all just fist fight each other so we don’t have to see the internet hair pulling anymore.
