Hearing and confirmed more layoffs this morning at Alliance Data. Anyone else hear about this?

Were 80 people let go so they can spend more time at home with their families too?
Seriously cheetoh theif it's people like you that costs the rest of us so much. I thought it was bad when my husband had to fire someone over stealing a school pizza and a red bull from a coworker. Do you really think theft is okay?
This place has been in a death spiral since a Gucci wearing, loud stepping, stall talker, glance you up and down to see if everything is perfect with your wardrobe faker took over in 2005. I started in 2006 and was let go in the 2014 layoffs with about 100 others. It’s been a repeat cycle for the past 5 years. Anyone working there should ask, “how much do I make and should I consider looking elsewhere if it’s a bit on the high side?” I recommend getting out fast. It’s hire 100 and fire 200. It will never end until the board realizes they have some housecleaning at the upper “Decker” level and a level or two below. Good luck to everyone affected. Getting let go was the best thing to ever happen to me. Otherwise, I would have never left that toxic environment.

I KNEW ADS WAS GOING DOWNHILL! I GOT FIRED IN SEPTEMBER FOR STEELIN A BAG OF CHEETOS FROM THEIR OVERPRICED CAFE BUT ALL THE SIGNS WERE THERE EVEN THEN!! HOW THEY GONNA HIKE UP THOSE CAFE PRICES AND ACT LIKE EVERYTHING IS OK! ITS CALLED THE GRAB N GO CAFE SO I GRABBED THOSE CHEETOS AND I WENT!

What another terrible day. And to think that every EC member that helped us to get to this place is still here just shows the board members really can’t make the hard decisions. Half of that group should have been fired by now or we will be in this same spot next year. Too many great people were walked out the door today with no respect.

Yes. I know of someone that was just laid off today at Easton that is under Enterprise Delivery.
