This company was great up until about 3 years ago. There is so much wasteful spending. I alone cut the IT costs over 1 million a year but was only allowed to work on this one hour a weeks. Millions more could have been saved but my boss said no. These people wouldn’t have lost their jobs if they actually worked on reducing cost, not headcount. I started looking for a new position before I am next. A person on my team just got laid off today. Over 25 years with the company. Merry Xmas.

Cannot agree more. That’s why I sold my stock @$300 and left ADS Nov 2016. They made so many poor decision.
