Whenever you have aculture of “YES PEOPLE” and FAVORITISM failure is the only outcome. Deliberately Different is a facade and a load of BS.
Have to question a business model when the first thing on careers page promotes having fun, you can make a music video with senior leaders

80 people confirmed in this layoff. Mostly from HR and Care. Effective today. We need a new board...this was their decision.
Easton as far as I know- senior managers, tools and reporting, capabilities areas. More to come, I’m sure.
