I think it is high time to consolidate middle management (Sr manager, directors and sr directors). Many of them must be fired leaving politics and personal favors behind. Consolidation helps and fill the positions with talented principal engineers who can drive the products.
Which VP and DEs left? I know the attrition from MX PFE team.
It's not just the c level, but look at the VPs and DEs leaving and you know it's a sad state of affairs folks.
AA and MM both won industry awards recently. My money is one either one of them.

i think he is lovely person, really kind and nice - but nothing great has happened under his leadership, although it will be sad for him to go - i think its time.
