Actually India is good. Work hard and perform very well compare to other country.
India do contribute a lot in the oil and gas industry for supply cheaper labor. You can see we perform well at dubai and singapore.
Work hard don't complain.

More and more dot-heads are moving into higher positions. You'll see more jobs go to their relatives in the future.

It may be cheaper but there has been a lot of wasted time trying to get them to understand some really basic common sense things.
They definitely can out code us on software but I personally spent many man-hours with multiple teams trying to get them to understand What we needed and they always worked on a different time zone.
They always had someone trying to convey our needs to the team. It generally took several extra days to clear up. It was a real mess so it was brought back in house back then.
This has been several years back but history keeps repeating itself just like the Super Camp debacle.
As most people know the definition of insanity is to keep doing the same and expect different results. Oh well
