Wow, Teradata did a fantastic job at k–ling the culture! As far as it not existing elsewhere, that is not true. There are other great companies out there that have great product, like Teradata had, and are great to work for now...
Agree, the only thing I would add is still watch for the shining object. Keep expectations in check, I don’t think the Teradata culture of 10 years ago exists anymore in the industry.
Exactly what I did. Life is too short to be miserable. And btw, it's a hot jobs market. I wasn't exactly jumping out of an airplane without a parachute.
