Ok, that’s the culture, has been and always will be. The idea is to get credit from hype and talk. Rename something and hype it up on paper before you actually do or implement anything. Then get promoted during one of the reorganization’s. Then the pond scum is left implementing the mess and you get away with no trace. That is new?
