Thread regarding UnitedHealth Group Inc. layoffs

How many layoffs in E&I product area?

Ever since Jim Cronin moves away, E&I product area seems doomed. The Sr. Management is incompetent.

I don't think that the poster was referring to conversations on this site at all.

"Absolutely agreed...all yapping and no work. There are is one person doing the work and layers and layers of yappers!"

Please please tell me you are not on here talking about the fact that many are talking about what happened yesterday and not doing work. You must be some management lackey.

They just tossed tons of people off the ship and I guess you think we should just run grab the nearest oar and keep rowing. How dare you!!

Do you mind if we take 24 hours to acknowledge the people that were tossed out like trash??? They were our family, our friends and colleagues.
Can we take some time to console each other since we are upset about the cuts and afraid we will be next. What happened to peace and goodwill toward men?

If they were so worried about the work, then they should hire more robots like yourself. The rest of us feel like c-ap and are stressed out and worried about our jobs and the wellbeing of those who were cut. Since we have actual feelings, its hard to focus and work for people who clearly don't value us. So why don't you get yourself a giant oil can for your robotic joints and you do all the work okay? Yeah, thats what you should do!! The rest of us humans need a minute.

To all those who were cut: I pray God's blessings and favor for you. I pray your blessings are tenfold, and you get a job/position greater than you had.

Director levels remote workers seem to have been impacted the most. Compassion is lacking completely. The managers show no compassion and support to the laid off employees. UHG is one of the worst company, if you want a long term career. It can just be a good stepping stone in your career but don’t get attached to your job.

The reorganization and restructuring is not complete yet. More lay offs expected under Phil Kaufman. Sad but true.

Yes. Absolutely a mad house there. All yapping and no work. Toxic environment and toxic culture.
