Talk bout reversing course and making the employees pay. It was only a few short years ago when there was a big celebration for becoming an All American customer service company. Who knew that one particular day would be the beginning of the end? Wonder if they will celebrate becoming an Anti-American customer service company. Amazing how Upper Management fought so hard to fight the Union talks. Maybe they should have fought just as hard to protect those actually doing their jobs.
