NEXT is the like clockwork and predictable onslaught of the frenzied hiring phase of cheap, naive and barely skilled (industry wise) labor to replace the last “batch”. PD pushing for WIPRO to mirror Williams IT.
Looks like they will be asking us to put our "Knowledge" on a Sharepoint site so we can share with those replacing us.
Recommend watching the movie, "Outsourced"......it's all about the money anymore, not the people.

Not only are they moving good talent, but they’re diminishing retirement. Would not surprise me to see pensions cut for those 40-50 years old in 2020. Why not? They did it to the millennials. Also our stock price is terrible. If it doesn’t rise you will see additional layoffs.
