RSI Videofied is a security startup bought some years ago by Honeywell? This is 60 people in east of France, 50m turnover & no one from RSI in Resideo top management.
Just surprised RSI comes up almost every post here. Is this a misunderstanding ie RSI meaning ?

It's amazing to see the important place taken by RSI in this website and about the layoff (60 people (30 concerned by the cutt) with 50 million $ ) in regards of Resideo (1 800 people with 5billion $).

This is what happens when talent and experience leave or get to a point where they just don't care any longer. You are stuck with incompetent, telentless teams and leadership that give the perception of actually delivering while never actually delivering anything. As long as "leadership" doesnt get any bad news its all good until the doors close. and yes, things are that bad that there is a chance of the doors closing. Wait until the lawsuits start and more and more delivery dates slip and sales continue to plummet. The wheels are coming of ladies and gentlemen.
Our talent is now the like of moobs, Don cazzo/ fredo, HDG, Water THOT, Lurch, yeast infection and the human fleshlight / mister RSI.
We are so screwed its not even funny.....

5sea - def lots of cuts in Security as well as everywhere else. We think we owned the security market. We didnt adapt and innovate. We are banking everything on these next generation panels.....news flash. no one install panels anymore. Alarm.com, simply safe, abode, google alarm, ring alarm...the list is endless. We d–k around on a component no one installs any more and focus on making it "next gen". Ill wait around for some id10t to show up (a model quickly dying) and install a component people are getting away from. yup...makes sense.
NOT sure where you get your info from but I was in these meetings....
1) there will be layoffs in Austin, just less because people are protecting their human flashlight crews. These layoffs were delayed until second or third week in January to finish planning and setting up packages. The spin is they dont want to impact peoples Holiday which is BS...they just need more time to finish the huge list.
2) yes, that's what you want to base your stock price value on....employees buying your stock.
3) hes no longer anyones CEO...LOL Maybe when the sentence in federal prison for securities fraud starts they will let him pick a prison near his house....just like he made the HQ near his house. This way the missus, Don Cazzo / fredo and Moobs and stop by and visit.
4) No Idea who LL Beanie is

Also seriously considered are sending security hardware from over seas more to Mexico and India as well as the security software.
This is like a trash of the plan under the previous CTO suddenly proposed and now moobs ? It seems that a middle layer is constantly feeding BS to the higher executive to push some kind of personal agenda. It’s too much a coincidence...
It's going to happen soon. They flew down Managers and Directors for the customer event. After the event ended, they were in meetings and they had to defend why they shouldn't cut their department.
Basically everyone should expect the current US based customer support to be moved down to Mexico.
