South is the newer plant Including all the rack Accounts as well as stater brothers and the bulk of the business They moved over all the smart and finals along with the rest of the work for Unified. The south will continue. North guys Start trying to transfer over with or without sonority if you want to keep a job.

Would DOJ use common sense and allow a sale of majority of Dean Foods plants to DFA? Common sense being that DFA is going to end up with a monopoly in many areas no matter what- if they buy Dean Foods plants or those plants shut down- either way DFA becomes largest fluid milk producer.
DOJ not known for common sense.

As you may know the CEO was in COI last night.

Talks with DFA are progressing and on track.

Focus on doing your job and taking care of the customer and there is a very good chance COI (and many DF) employees will come through this.

I’m not suggesting it will be all sunshine and rainbows but I believe better days are ahead.
