Don't have finance knowledge, is it possible the news about the Suriname update might have been anticipated to cause a drop so better news will help drive the stock up? Or the plunge would make the benefit payouts better on the equity?

They didn’t release negative information. They just didn’t release any real information. Which is what they said they were going to do. People are reading wayyyy to into it. They are going to gather all the information they have and then release information and the plan forward. Trying to avoid hyping it up like alpine high was when it was revealed before knowing everything about the play.
