Anybody hearing dramatic cuts? Which will result in RPH layoffs?

But you’ll have a pretty bathroom to go cry in! Sufficient help isn’t caring for our colleagues..putting up pictures in the bathroom is!
The worst part as a DL is that the company hasn’t acknowledged these changes..just quietly released them without any explanation as to why/how.
From what I’ve heard..virtually no non 24 will have overlap left. 4500/wk 24 hour stores will have no overlap. You may get a little at 5k.
They think there isn’t that much pharmacists work involved..may be true, but they don’t give us the tech help to go along with it.
It’s because we are now soooo efficient with our technology.
Why lay-off when you will want to quit
Where were you 5 days ago when I posted that virtually all pharmacist overlap is going away? Even in high volume 24 hour locations.
