Sign on door stated closed after 34 years

They can't even get the sign right. Fry's may have been in business for 35 years... but that locations was opened in the 2000s sometime at the earliest.
Starcourt Mall is a train wreck, but blaming the store closure on this is silly. Costco is right down the street and that place is packed out 7 days a week.
Terrible.
To be honest it's surprising that it lasted this long with the area in general decline and another store less than 20 miles away. Likely the only reason it wasn't shuttered before this is that the company owned the land and were waiting for a buyer, if they were leasing I suspect it would have been shuffled into the Milton location years ago.
Already removed from Fry's website.
With Gwinnett Place Mall dying no way that Duluth store was getting any traffic. Visited Milton/Alpharetta store and it's in shambles.
“We are not liquidating, or planning to close any stores,” said Manuel Valerio, spokesman for San Jose, Calif.-based Fry’s.
There’s one exception — its Palo Alto store, which lost its lease, he said — but the other 34 stores in nine states will have product again “over the next several weeks.”

I called there phone number and asked fo operator. The phone was disconnected. Didn’t there PR statement say they were not closing any other stores but Palo Alto. Is the beginning of the end?
