Hearing Transform hasn’t paid any apparel vendors in close to two months. Anyone know what’s going on?

Transform is preparing to shut down all remaining Sears and Kmart stores after Christmas.

I am a liquidator and have not been paid in 6 weeks. Hotel bills are adding up and i am worried

My theory is that Eddie didn't get Guaranteed Satisfaction at some point and vowed to destroy Sears.
Eddie Lampert's track recording of operating Sears and Kmart stores into the ground over the last decades is proof. A blind man can see that.
Prior to the October bankruptcy, vendors were stopped being paid in July.
And we are shocked???

Why does Eddie keep putting money in and buying stores to go bankrupt?
Good so hopefully they close the stores already!
What proof do you need? The scaling back now is even worse than when Old Sears went bankrupt. Non-liquidating stores are empty. Who closes a third of your stores during the holidays? That's throwing in the towel before the fight's begun.
