Not surprising me that most of the Oil & Gas Companies failing in Calgary, Alberta. All due to bad bad bad management.
Management spent millions to resource IT, then decided to bring it in house costed tens of millions more in a short time.
Management bonus skyrocket, internal/external audit are in a deep sleep.
Bad bad management, this happened for Talisman Energy... good luck Calgary with this mo–n management .

Nothing you can do. They have the budget in their hands. Bigger companies ,So called JV partners are just s—ing money and keeping their people employed. Unfortunately pressure is on ordinary employees.
