I too was told that my RxM position was no longer needed. Conicidence that I was hired 11 plus years ago and the new RPh's are being hired at a much lower wage? I think that the computer program (S3G) that figures out how many RPh's are needed per store is totally flawed. I mentioned 2 years ago when they hired another full timer that I thought something was wrong. I think they are just getting rid of the higher paid RPh's and replacing with younger low paid ones. Nice after more that 11 years working hard for this company and going above and beyond. But, what the heck I found another position and doing well and watching Wal Mart self destruct.
