Look! Symantec was like a chonky chubby fat cat who has been lazy around the house for a very long time now.. Granny loved that cat but when she passed away, the new owners (granny's children - aka starboard) wanted to get rid of it as the fat kitty was eating way too much food and not doing sh–! Bad kitty! Bad! Broadcom wanted to adopt it but said to the owners they need to make it to lose some fat first... Well that happened and still happening... Lost a big pound of fat by separating Norton and Enterprise products... Now trimming some left over. That cat will soon be able to efficiently hunt some critters and bugs around the house like he did in its younger days. No more fat cat, bad kitty! Bad!

whoever wrote this got some serious issues..
People are leaving, hope whatever future is bright to attract new ones with this FAT and CHICKEN GAMES!
Whoever wrote this is no philosopher! This is NOT about cats and dogs PERIOD!! This is about corporate America’s boardroom politics and greed. This is about how one lame old goose CEO hacked his way right to the top - arm wrestling everyone only to break up a great company and bring it to its knees! All this in full display with a useless, incompetent and corrupt board that looked and looked and allowed the show to go on ! FYI the chairman of the board until the breakup is the current CEO of PayPal and he’s been the chairman of Symantec BOD for the last 15 years ! How on earth was he not rotated ? Would he allow this to happen to PayPal !
Broadcom did not trim anything. Symantec is.
They aren't trimming the fats. They are severing the muscles. Fat kitty eats on after losing a big pound of muscle. Half the bad fats fed by NLOK and half fed by Broadcom.
Let Broadcom trim the extra fat !! Transformation of a cat to tiger!!
