We don’t have enough room in Kintore as it is soidoubt they would move it here. Also our production management can’t handle what they are struggling to get out of here as it is. Brown noses get promoted as a norm and they are all ex welding shop
Haha youtube video please stop. Tell me why in the current climate within oil and gas should deliveries be late? They should be early to keep repeat customer's returning but for some reason it's acceptable to just shrug shoulders and say oh well. You make a contract meet it or lose customer's, it's simple but for some reason gateshead manufacturing, production and plant manager does not get it so pass onto planing and sales to break the bad news. Christmas done and watch the exodus.

Bad, bad, bad idea. Same mangers being protected internally. Only thing to save manufacturing is a clean out but that can't happen without direct input from others. Late deliveries, piss poor quality, shop floor dejected and management obviously just going on regardless. If you ordered a car and it was 3months late would you still wait and pay for it or go somewhere else. Its simple, go work for competitors who are eating up the market and only a couple of miles up the road. Best thing I done!
Nope, still the same if not worse than ever. Also a labourer just about running the fitting section. No qualifications other than he used to sweep the floor in the old factory, embarrassing if something goes wrong. Also all work will be moved to our senior factory in Kintore, India and Houston in 2020 so not good career move.
I would reconsider it. I don’t have any direct knowledge, but I heard the same.
Why not join mate, the skies the limit there, a labourer has just been made quality manager so any one can make it
