CVS has increased wages because they knew they would bring in auto check out to replace 2 employees per auto checkout.
CVS increases wages of technicians, knowing in advance that they would change the system adding more work, phone calls, corporate initiatives, patient initiatives, and in reasonable expectations.
CVS will decrease salaries for professionally licensed pharmacist over the next few years to lower their overhead knowing that they can pay less for new graduates with 100k plus in student loans to give them unachievable expectations.
CVS has started hub stores to decrease all retail space and retail workers will start to decrease.
They gave pharmacist a lunch break that noone can feasibly take knowing that the work and expectations would increase.
CVS started a break room remodel with a budget of $100!!! Their initiative is that this I'd for the benefit of their employees and that they care... let's see why they offered this in replacement.
CVS wants us to work like a communist country... backing their expectations up with incremental positives for their employees so they dont get bad publicity!
CVS stopped recycling medication bottles to save money... CVS wants you to throw away from plastic bottles in the regular trash... but they offer recycling for front store stuff to show shoppers that they are environmentally conscious!
Everything they ask has a monetary benefit for the CEO and upper exec's... and all they do is brainwash all these district leaders to believe their BS to shove it down the throats of all store workers!
Let's stop the bickering between front store and pharmacy... their is a lot of education behind salary and the differences. If you want to be a pharmacists... go to school! Either way, we are all getting exploited... and CVS will offer something positive behind all their expectations... think about it?
