Called off for today. I’m scheduled 4pm-1am so since I have a connecting shift I put in 7 hrs ppto for today and 1 hour ppto for tomorrow from 12-1 (shows up as 00-01)on wire. I should be ok from getting points? Never had a split shift like this that falls into next day so any input is appreciated.

Not true because I was late 29 minutes and I put in 30 minutes to cover and still got a point I had to put in a hour and if used ppto you don’t get that 15 percent discount it is on the wire
Points are doubled on holidays HOWEVER, using 8 hours of PPTO will clear both points. I’m a People Lead and we had this verified at our store.
You have to put in 16 hours to cover both points
IF you put enough PPTO in for the shift missed, you get O points for attendance. PPTO will wipe out all of your attendance points on a Key event date if you use enough to cover any time missed.
Update: Checked attendance and did not receive any points since I used PPTO. So PPTO will cover both points.
Ppto will only cover 1 point when you call in on a holiday. You will still have 1 occurance. Mgmt can't clear those points.
PPTO covers both points.
Points are DOUBLE on holidays
