The end of 2023 they changed all that to unlimited PTO. I knew a coworker who wanted to visit family overseas and he was counting on the 2 weeks he rolled over each year. They stole it from him by implementing the new policy.
Unlimited it's not. I needed to have surgery so I took 4 days off to have the surgery and recuperate. I rushed back to the office even though the doctor recommended 2 weeks to recuperate. Was I rewarded? No. My cvnt of a manager chewed me out for taking almost 40 hours of "unlimited PTO" the 3rd month of the year. It made absolutely no sense. While others take off weeks at a time, I'm always there. This is a very unethical place and they enjoy watching employees suffer.
