Thread regarding ADP layoffs

Poor Leadership

Poor, poor leadership. Don't lose your faith in good leadership. It does exist!... even though not recently at ADP. You might just be a good leader and see what the issues are that you can be better at working for other companies. ADP wants this and they are proud to create what they are currently have.

Things are so weird right now in our workplace that I am almost certain if I say Beetlejuice one more time he's going to show up. An example:

Hey you... How are you today?...hey did you bill your clients? I need you to forecast accurately but then I also need you to pull in accounts from those future months because we are looking like complete sh– on paper. You've done that? Ok, so now you are not forecasting accurately and I see for those future months you don't have anything scheduled to bill. That's a problem and reflects poorly on your time management. Let's give you some more accounts so you'll have the capability to forecast some numbers for the hungry hungry hippo. Oh, you've...you already have an additional 5 accounts from the others who've left? Oh that's riiight! Well those don't technically count because you see you are coming in to those already established accounts propped up to near completion by those whose shoulders you've stood on for years so those will be really easy for you to just, everything is pretty much done with those to shoehorn on in. Yeah nothing to really learn or do with those ones heh. So, so hey, as we discussed... here are those 5 new accounts because we don't have anyone who can implement that isn't already slammed out of their minds right now. You are really doing great. Seriously here is a MyMoment which uh, which you will be taxed on btw without any indication of that happening. Hey happy holidays, seriously to whichever preferred gender pronoun you have in your CORPORATE PUBLIC SIGNATURE!

Current Leadership....Think think take a drink! Oh I know let's change the salary employees to hourly and forbid OT. (everyone agrees while nodding heads and looking at one another) Good decision!

Tom Perrotti is gone, lets hope Doug Politi is next. Likening the loss of tenured staff to the turnover of college athletic teams as people graduate or go pro. I don’t see the similarity.... ADP is forcing people out and bringing in people who don’t want to work - look at the turnover of people in India and the Philippines. Look at how many in the One ADP locations are on LOA, FMLA or whatever other type of leave they can come up with to avoid work.
That’s the future of ADP- a very big sink hole.
None of you should call yourself leaders. You’re just @ss kissing pawns.

MyMoments. Oh that brings back memories when those were being issued and forced on the team I belonged to ADP. LOL. What a JOKE. My best "moment" was leaving ADP!

Vipul nagrath is still cio. If he’s the mo–n that moved first tier support overseas to people who read the ticket back to you and can do nothing more than escalate, he should get demoted. But we’ve seen this movie before and he’ll get a big bonus and promotion. ACCOUNTABILITY DOESNT PERTAIN.

The associate portal currently shows Vipul Nagrath as Global CIO. That may not mean anything, but historically the portal was updated immediately upon position change or termination.

It is true about the CIO. He is now a VP.

Can anyone confirm about the CIO ? Makes sense with his history and with many teams moving under Developmrmt .

Vipul Nagrath should be so thankful his butt wasn't downright fired for being such a lousy CIO. He is a complete phony with horrible ideas and knowledge but like most of ADP higher up only knows how to "talk" but behind the scenes is a house of cards.

Everything is falling apart at ADP. And top management doesn't seem to see it. The place is becoming a nuthouse!

Adp upper management is clueless as to what really is going on. All the surveys and feedback by associates seems to have fallen on deaf ears. Adding more accounts to already over worked associates is just one of many reasons why people are so unhappy here. To hold us accountable for NPS scores for things we have no control of like system issues , unskilled workers and 100 more reasons is just plain unreasonable. This is not my Adp! The constant system issues, high call volumes and lack of updated technology is showing its mark. I can’t imagine why any new people would stay at such a place and the tenured folks can’t wait to retire or get offered a package. I used to not mind working at ADP and wanted to retire here but I can’t see myself going another ten years in hell.

So...glad...I...left...A...D...P

While there are some things at my new employer that could be done better....the work environment, morale, processes, ability to support clients, and relationship with management are so much better.

You nailed it! Hoping you don’t get an ulcer with all that stress. We all know you won’t go on leave unless you are in Maitland.
