I foresee in the near future, more layoff to come RIGHT before Christmas! They need the grunts to do the hard work to get them through Black Friday of course and then SNIP SNIP right before the big holiday because do they REALLY care about their employees? Not at all because Colorado had a whole blizzard going on and the big bosses without kids are at home in their pajamas while the employees with children We’re FORCED to come in, in this mess, yet again. Employees is Westminster don’t have supervisors or leads, and NO ONE has had a one on one coaching in months! You can’t tell us that we have any job security, they are just writing us up for stats that we haven’t even gone over in months. Nice 👍🏾

leads don’t make more than regular associates, i think you all make around 14 to 16 an hour
You're kidding yourself if you think leads make more than associates on the floor. Laughable
I predict mid-late January for more layoffs. They will keep us there until we are no longer useful. I am past the point of caring, and if they think I am doing one minute of overtime for them, they are foolish. Let the Supervisors and leads do more work. They get paid more anyway, and put up with less BS. This place is a joke compared to what it used to be a few years ago.
