Has anyone else in the October "RIF" not seen a direct deposit since November 1?

There was a problem with my first deposit (for last week of work and unused vacation). They claimed it was direct deposited but it was not. It took several phone calls to Cengage payroll and the redeposited the amount. They didn't know what happened.
