I worked in the Brentwood office as a temp. Those people are nuts! I have never worked anywhere that bad in my life!! Yo Davita signs all over the place, chanting, a crazy white male project lead who harassed and stalked me daily and the shady/unethical business practices. I was also called a temp every single day even though my resume was probably better than theirs. I was also expected to work 45+ plus a week and only get paid for forty. They even had my timesheet blocked so I could only add 40. So guess what, I only worked 40. I was just the temp so I certainly wasn’t going to put in much effort to do more.
The crazy white project lead was the worst. He had 9am daily meetings with me starting from my second week on the job. He would put me down daily in those meetings, go through my outlook calendar, say the meanest things he could think of and was just flat out creepy. When I’d get up to go to the bathroom, he would be watching me, when I came back, he would stare at me. Whenever, I left my desk he was always watching and would sneak up behind me all the time. The only piece I got was when I went to the toilet. I would stay in there for 15/20 just to get away from that creeper. It finally got to the point that I would not go into a closed door conference room with him. If he was going to harass me, I made sure he had to do so in front of others. I hung out there for 8 months before I was able to find another job. I have not been able to work in an open cube without a wall behind me since working with that creeper. So glad I got out of there. After that mess, I moved to a new city and have a wonderful job now. There where nice people there and I did learn some cool things but, all in all, I will never go back there. They mostly only hire temps and downgrade their employees pay and benefits all the time. They don’t offer the employees hardly any vacation time and temps get none.
