Your ship is going to sink, eventually. Senior leadership has very little understanding of how a facility is supposed to function. They are all snakes in the grass and will strike at any moment to save themselves. They do not care who they hurt in the process.
Eventually, no one in the management takes responsibility of the customer loss, they blame employees and fire them. We can see 60+ employees with 10 years and nearly 200 employees with 6 MetricStream years experience. This category people are in trouble, particularly 10+ years @MSI guys. Why? because

This article applies to you if you are working for AB’s, VN, VP and J’s. Best thing you will learn from them is how to use employees and throw.
Again MetricStream hard core fan disliked the post, I think MetricStream paying salary to him/her only for watching all MetricStream reviews and disliking posts here and writing good reviews in Glassdoor.

Being experienced employees you must know what to do what not to. Or you can still continue to do what you are doing at MetricStream - things will understand on experience. But remember, learn how to be strong at least, facing layoffs/terminations is not everyone's cup of tea. It took 6-12 months for many employees to get into a new job after MetricStream layoff. Think about your families and decide to stay at MSI or not. Always remember - your Directors/VPs and management is always safe in any circumstances, no one will save you. This is your life and never ever trust your boss and follow her/him. You are just like a tissue paper for them, you are important when their a– is in the fire.
