Still no Samsung 970 Evo Plus of any capacity in stock at the local Frys. No big Black Friday push on the website.

It's understandable that people (prob Fry's people) would downvote anything negative. Tbf to the negative commenters here, most people would rather not have Fry's Electronics shutdown. But people don't like to be lied to about it. Not sure what the point of pretending that nothing is wrong.
Buenos noches, Fry's Electronics, rest in pieces. (Circa 1985 to 2020)
It was a good run.
I like how someone gets on this site and keeps giving people negative hits. Most the comments are just factual statements with opinions added that backup logical conclusions.
Im just wondering if/when they get tired of hitting the negative button. The first 100 comment, or the thousand mark? Are they paid by the hit, or by the hour?
Things to ponder. Please give this a negative hit.
In all the fry's here the computer components sections have all been moved over by the laptops. There may be like two motherboards and a random hard drive sitting on the shelf next to cases of water. Samsung is the only one who sends them TVs to sell so maybe they will let them sell some of their other products. Just save yourself the hassle and buy it on Amazon or Best Buy.
No BF push because Fry's has very low inventory at this point and because Fry's is slowly spinning the business down. Despite this, they will probably be open after Thanksgiving if only move more expensive and larger items out the door.
Don't buy the nonsense Fry's reps and employees say about negotiating with vendors "with more inventory coming in the next few weeks" and, laughably, the Chinese trade war. There's zero evidence to support these claims but we can guess that the business is circling the toilet bowl of retail history.
Frys doesn’t sell cell phones anymore. That area has been empty for months.
They're not having Black Friday, they have nothing to sell. Most things (of any consequence) show out of stock on the website as well.
If they're closing Thursday for Thanksgiving, there's some level of possibility they may never reopen.
