Looks like the number of law firms filing has topped 16. Apparently they are starting to call back and question people who are joining including employees. Most firms seem very interested in the environment, the harassment that went on unchecked and the ongoing incompetence. Not to mention the vaporware and massaging of numbers. We now know why previous financial leaders got out while the getting was good. I would highly suggest going to this URL, scrolling down to news area and look at all the filings and signup for all. If additional email addresses are provided please send all info there as well including names. https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/REZI . Sign up for as many as you can. if you are en employee you have nothing to lose as you will soon probably be out of a job any way, you might as well get as much as you can.
If you do get laid off soon I would highly suggest recording the entire conversation on your personal phone but let them know you are recording at the beginning. After signing any documentation I would immediately file a complaint with the HR person laying you off regarding the harassment you dealt with or any thing else. You should have that typed up before the layoffs start and outline with as much retail as you can. When the class action lawsuits start for the hostile work environment we stand a better chance of winning if there's a lot of complaints filed..
