So sad to see what Lampert has done to this company. After 36 years I lost my job with Kmart. But the best thing that could have happened to me. Found a better job more money better benefits which I pay less for the Sears holding and Lampert took advantage of each and every one of us said they were paying for part of our benefits which is a bunch of bull. Lampert and his whole gang are a bunch of thieves and crooks.

EL used kmart money to save sears not the other way around.
Looks like Eddie is trying to pass the buck for his 15 years of non-stop failure as literally everyone quit because they can't stand him because it's his way or the highway when it comes to his complete cluelessness
I was an Over Night manager at West Wood Kmart, in 2001. They made us work often 7 Days. I hated it, and left after Few Months, got a much better job with a supermarket chain. My wife was a department manager at Parsippany Kmart, from 2002-2005, she hated it and finally left and got a better job. They tried not Paying her Vacation Pay but we took them to court for that and the judge penalized them, so all's well that ends well. Long story short, we're happy this silly company is finally getting their just desserts.
I strongly and urgently support a federal investigation of Lampert and company. They won't regret it.
I was with Kmart for 17 years before we finally got the word the store was a sinking ship, and would be buried at the bottom of the retail ocean.
