So Wabtec has this point system established that will penalize you if you fart. I don’t mean that literally. If you miss work, late for work, go home early, don’t call that number, you get points. 16 Points and your termination will most likely happen. Why did they implement this? Do they really think this will make a better productive employee? I think it’s stupid.. A way to get rid of employees..
