Vote of no Confidence RR & KM

When is enough enough? YoY revenue decline – no innovation – continuous c-suit changes – sales leadership changes – continues layoffs – no clear sales or technology strategy – no growth – stock declining – top talent have left – some competitors showing growth – some competitors innovating. Who is in favor of declaring a vote of no confidence on RR & KM? Time for them to pack their bags and move on. New experienced and professional leadership has to be brought in to save what is left of Juniper. Calling on all financial activist, share holders and BOD please help MJGA - SOS!

Accounting is not issue here and everyone keeps an account for their home as well. What kind of culture you develop is matter. Most people left juniper in disgruntled way.

it’s quite simple, talk to an investigative reporter and have them look into their accounting practices. Look at how they are accounting for revenue by product line have them look at R&D spending

Juniper is an “employment-at-will” company. This means that either the employer or employee may end the employment relationship at any time and for any reason, and it is highly unlikely Juniper will tolerate a strike. You will be better off calling the wall street journal and getting a reporter such as John Carreyrou to do a story about mismanagement and mishandling of Juniper's investments, corrupt and illegal financial reporting practices to bloat selective product performance and earnings, and the unending list of employment violations. If you feel it is necessary, do it soon... those responsible won't last long when these issues are brought to light. Good luck.

Juniper made the "Wall of Shame" on CNBC this morning for being one of the 3 biggest stock laggards (the others being DXC and F5) versus the S&P500 and the disparity was even substantially greater versus tech companies.
