With the deserved karma for Oxy staff last week, will we see any kind of improvement from the remaining members of the company? With ethics, integrity and doing whats right suddenly become option sin the new organization? Given the ignorance to actually learn from the past or even admit it, will anyone at Oxy start to be accountable? Judging by the inability on these boards to defend the company with anything other than 'Duh, you a troll' or 'Greatest company EVER!' followed by NO FACTS on any level or reason, I sincerely doubt it.

LOL every time he says BIGOT you have to take a shot. I’d be dead by now of alcohol poisoning. And somehow I’ve yet to meet an actual bigot at Oxy after working there a decade.
Hey Karma Troll, although I'm a great admirer of your redundant prose about Oxy, i'd be so refreshing if you could treat us to some new material in 2020. Since you know each of us so well, perhaps you could reflect upon what we've all meant to you. There are no words to describe what you've meant to us.
My friends and I really enjoy trying to diagnose your mental condition based on your pithy rants. We're currently trying to turn your body of work into a drinking game, but it might not be legal in some jurisdictions. And your random use of capitalized words brings a whole new dimension to your writing. We can almost hear you SCREAMING as you pound out your most personal thoughts on your Mom's home computer.

What is it that you have against OXY employees, many of whom you don’t even know. The fact you have an intense hatred of anyone associated with OXY, even remotely shows how obsessed you are and have serious mental issues, you should be red flagged, you were FIRED from OXY for good cause and rightfully so.
I have had jobs and lost them and been bitter. After a while I got a new job and forgot about the other place. With you it is a crusade, and I don’t know you, but you just can’t let it go. I started at Oxy a few years back and have not had a bad experience, but that is not to say you did not. I think everyone is just saying you need to move on for your own mental health. A lot of good people lost their jobs and they are no where near the type of person you keep talking about. In fact I have not met anyone in the Houston Greenway office that is any where near what you keep talking about. Oxy does have some historical stains on their reputation, but so does many oil companies and other industries. For now we just need to wish our co-workers well that have been caught up in the layoffs. It happens to just about everyone in this industry. From what I heard Oxy took care of employees as best they could. I know industries that don’t even give you two weeks notice.
