Not taking that mess. Then they left her fam pictures up for 3 wks. Didnt even have the courtesy to box her things up. Then slandered her saying she was underperforming..how when she just got promoted. Awful experience! Then the helpers didnt help they only gave info to who they liked.

Coming to work each day on pins and needles. If they are going to lay more people off just do it already. Or If they are selling just announce it already, Work here is stressful enough but sitting around not knowing what is happening is the worse. Can’t believe what Sr. Leaders say because after October they said no more layoffs then they laid people off in December. They just need to rip off the bandaid and get this over with.

You know she brought in halloween decorations that day? She was literally gone within the ext hour of coming in? She was part of the firing.
Yes there is a way to fire folks (c) who said in a meeting look how else are you to fire?
Well (c) there is a way because alot of companies now are transparent to people and they have really creative options they give them.
That company was so out of touch with reality
It was like the government office stuck in their ways. Like well we been doing it like this for 50 yeats and we arent stopping attitude
Well that attitude is why alliance is going to be no longer.
This is a sad story but we have all heard it before
And the health ins. Is a joke there. Really awful for a large employer like that to have such a horrible insurance package.
Went to the doctors 1 time for normal checkup
Got bill for 89.00 so basically paying more than off the street with NO insurance
Bcs i had flex/hsa/ and premium for the plan.
All those fees and i still get a 89 bill for a 114 dr. Visit. Shameful.
Then the idea of the late fees. Thats not industry standard anymore to charge up to 40 for a late fee for being 30 seconds late.
Then i seen truncated late fees.
Late fees on top of late fees for people with zero balances. I just couldn't endorse such skeptical business pracrices. It should be illegal
