I know the labor is cheaper but many companies who moved jobs overseas later discovered that there were a lot unanticipated costs.

You have to also consider the supply buyer chain.
Ads and les probably use them for their clothing supplies. Like lane bryant im sure they use them as clothing vendors
So they then give them kick back and say
Hey you supply my clothes and i will employ 100 folks from your country. They work out all type of deals its hard to say but they are gettn more than meets the eye.by using them.
You get what you pay for...
For most skilled rolls it’s a mistake, you end up paying someone in America to babysit if you want to get anything done.
For jobs that can be done by reading a training manual or following a very specific set of procedures then yes..it’s a lot a cheaper.
Even if it's slightly cheaper, those paycheck dollars aren't being reinvested locally. Alliance claims to support their local communities and then goes out of their way to hire people in India that stay on average 2 years. 2 years!
Ask the onshore resources that have to train and work with offshore. Offshore is subpar and a total waste. It's just sad ADS is tripping down the same path as bigger banks we're trying to copy.
