I saw the KC announcement about no new GameStop applications. Any intel if GS is closing, or are we just losing them to a competitor?

It's very sad when one cannot rely on internal tools, like Knowledge Central (KC), for credible information and has to reach out to an external company's website for assistance. The Knowledge Central team & those who run it should be ashamed of themselves! ADS' employees need them, specifically at this critical juncture. The leader of that team should be FIRED for their lack of attention and their inability to communicate with other members of leadership about a potential knowledge gap problem. PEOPLE speak up to your leaders, let them know of your concerns. Remember there's strength in numbers and you have a voice! Their customer relationship management system is a joke, their interactive voice response system fails every month like clockwork, and their knowledge database is pathetic. It makes our job so much harder and creates a negative experience for ALL our customers. Co-workers, let's make changes for the better so that this company soars with success and be a TRUE best place to work! Also, their blame others culture has got to go!
I saw something earlier today about GameStop closing stores. They’re probably going bankrupt.
Gamestop has been a fraud mess since go live. This is one you should be happy to see go.
