WIPRO overcharged IT on the number of hours they billed for a project. Our team reported it. We were told to "Leave it alone". This is not the first time.
Hoping someone is getting some good kickbacks.
I keep hearing that they didn’t meet their budget numbers in last year’s lay-offs so there’s going to be another round soon. I’ve heard 400 people.
If it is like the last time there were major layoffs, there should still be bonuses but no raises or promotions.
Did not hear mention of no bonuses or raises. Heard that the company is looking for ways to reduce costs.
