Very likely personnel reduction coming in 2020. Their spending and growing, but still plagued by FDA issues and no one taking the helm in Warsaw. That should be priority one, if customers can’t feel confident in quality in healthcare your going to be on a bumpy road. Remote management from another state is not the recipe. They need someone to get the passion back organization wide and prioritize the three P’s-people, process and products. Look for some spin off activity of some non-core business, not the answer in my opinion, but people get to pat backs and feel good their “continuing to right the ship”
