I can also guarantee you over the past 2 yrs if an investigation was done they'd find suspicious activity going on in the past 2yr.

I come from a fam of $ believe me i know its common practice switching names over then back then to another entity. Its legal and for tax loopholes and regulations.
But when you see name switches it also denotes something significant happened and the need for the name change. See i feel july 2018 is when they knew abt westerville for sure. That yr alot of property name switches. It also shows how they dont communicate to their employees about whats going on. They dont care bcs their initial plan 10 yrs ago was to get the most $$ as quick as possible. See about 15 yrs ago they knew retail and cards were changing..but 10 yrs is when they said welp lets get the most $# from this
And i guarantee you alot of folks stole things when they started realizing it was sinking.
